I am excited to get back into training and have come to realize that having a training schedule really helps gets me motivated and helps me to stay focused.

Workout at track – Keep it EASY
Enjoy a day off!! We want to ease back into this.

Not bad. It felt good to get back into a routine and to start out a bit easy.

This week will be another easy week of training and then I think it will be on!!!
