2 weeks down….7 weeks to go!

Week 2 of training in the books!

The training schedule so far is a nice ease back into training. I love having a plan in place!

Here is a quick recap of the week:

Scheduled Workouts:
Swim:

150 yards
Get to the pool!!! 6×25 swim. Take as long of a break between them that you need to get it done!

A hard-earned day off!!! Treat yourself!
Bike:

30 Mins
EASY!! Again, just ride your bike.

Run:

Workout at track – Keep it EASY

Day Off! We want to ease back into this.
Bike/Run:

Brick!! 30 Min Easy bike/5 min run

Have fun at football!!
Completed Workouts:
Swim:

500 yards

Since it has been so long since I was at the pool, in addition to the scheduled workout O also added some drills

Day off!!!
Bike:

30 Mins bike
EASY!!

Run:

Workout at track – Gear Shifter workout:

Gear shift workout:
5 min. warm up
3 sets of:
2 min easy
1 min medium
:30 fast
5 min cool down.

Day Off
