Week 3 of training in the books!
The training schedule continues to be a nice ease back into training. Oh how having a plan in place works for me!!
Here is a quick recap of the week:
Scheduled Workouts: |
400 yards Get to the pool!!! 4×25 swim, kick, pull swim 4 x 25 swim 1:00 rest 4×25 swim, kick, pull swim 4 x 25 swim Take as much of a break as you need in between 25s. |
If you can get outside, do it. If not: 10:00 easy 10×30 secs hard/20 secs easy 10:00 easy |
Track |
Brick!! 30 Min Easy bike/7 min run Just a little longer run. Get those legs turning over!! Smile and remember that you are a triathlete. You love this! 🙂 |

20 minutes of full body 3X12 Swim: 400 yards Complete workout. Re-Timed my 25m-22.87 fastest time yet! BONUS: I got notice that because of my job at the county, I get free access to the pool now!! A $500 savings per year!! #winning |
